We, Catholic Community of San Agustin in the Diocese of Monterey, united by our baptism and through the Gospels, seek to deepen our union with Jesus and grow as a faith community.

We seek to enrich our heritage of care and concern for all, especially for those in need, by being instruments of God's love and healing to the world around us. We foster a strong community atmosphere where individuals can share the Christian life with one another. We encourage our entire Church community to reach out to others as members of the body of Christ.

Guided by the Holy Spirit and united in prayer, we pledge ourselves to pursue this mission by active participation in the liturgical, educational and social ministries of the Church.

We recognize that to be effective, these ministries require spiritual, physical and financial resources, and we accept our responsibility as Christian stewards to provide them.
